How to use the Virtual Trainer

  1. Choose the muscle groups from the body chart you want to focus on in your workout. Choose from 9 different 10 minute Virtual Trainer workouts containing expert advice set to motivational music to ensure you get the most out of your workout, every time.
  2. Review your workout with a demonstration video and make any last minute changes. The programmes* are flexible so you can mix and match up to three routines in one to create your perfect 30-minute session, or, if you'd rather, just add a single 10-minute mini-workout to the end of your existing routine.

If you are new to exercise, not to worry, all you need to do is book an induction at your local gym with a qualified instructor and ask them to give you the basic tips on how to use the gym equipment. Once you have completed your induction, come back and visit us to get your free workout!
