The Lucozade Sport online running coach has been designed for all levels of runners. Whether training for a 10 km, half marathon or marathon, it will provide you with a comprehensive 16 week training plan to make sure you achieve your goal time.
Starting your personal training coach couldn't be easier. Simply fill in the online questionnaire and we will suggest a training plan that will be personal to you.
The plan is broken down, by day and by week with recommended training details so that you can achieve your long term goal. Simply fill in your training runs within the online running coach, remembering to include whether you have undertaken a race. Based on your experience of running, we will provide you with a daily tip and give you constant feedback on your performance.
Once you have filled in your training for the entire week, the running coach will then provide you with a summary of your progression. The coach has been designed to be a flexible tool giving you the opportunity to change your goals at any time. If the feedback you are receiving suggests the training is too hard or too easy you can change your goal time to one that is more realistic. All information you input is saved, so you can return at any time to update your progress.
The running coach also gives you access to a Lucozade Sport Scientist. So, if you have questions that have not been covered by the running coach, then our expert is on hand to answer any queries you have.
