Performance Expert Advice

Lucozade Sport works closely with Barclays Premier League coaches, experts and players and we've put together a panel of experts who together have years of churning out match winning performances at the highest level. Each month one expert will take centre stage and offer a coaching session to one of the Lucozade Sport Performance League teams. You'll be able to watch their training video and download the latest expert advice and tips. Once a month our panel of experts will also be there to answer some of the most topical questions that you've sent in. Check out our experts below and post them a question.

    Dr Sam Erith is the head of Sports Science at Tottenham Hotspur FC. Sam works on a daily basis with first team players to create tailored nutritional and exercise regimes helping to keep them to sustain their fitness over the season. Sam will be advising players on how best to avoid injury and recover quickly after matches.
