Fantastic German artist Cornelia Konrads creates stunning and often baffling installations in public spaces. Her mind-bending work can be seen in galleries and sculpture parks around the world.
Konrads work often carries the illusion of weightlessness as her objects are exploded apart or become suspended in mid-air. One of her most recent pieces of work, Schleudersitz, is a clever portmanteau of a chair and slingshot made by reviving a common park bench.
The artist also has a nifty 360 degree photo of the seat - so you can see what it is like inside the giant catapult-come chair.
